Reinaldo recently joined Harrison Bowker, specializing in real estate valuation, financial modeling, and market analysis. He brings six years of commercial real estate experience in Alberta, with a background in asset management, market research, and investment analysis.
Before joining Harrison Bowker, Reinaldo worked as an Asset Manager at Ayrshire Real Estate Asset Management Inc., a private equity firm, where he oversaw a 400,000 SF portfolio of office, retail, and hotel properties in Calgary, Edmonton, and Sherwood Park. His responsibilities included leasing negotiations, investment analysis, and financial reporting for a portfolio valued at over $90 million.
Previously, he worked at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in capital markets and office leasing research, conducting due diligence, financial modeling, and industry analysis.
Reinaldo holds a Master’s in Economics from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Los Andes (Bogotá, Colombia).
