Expertise: Residential Appraisals
Kris started as an Appraisal Institute of Canada candidate appraiser in 2008 and joined HarrisonBowker at the same time. He obtained his AACI designation in 2013 and has a breadth of experience appraising properties ranging from vacant land, residential properties, a wide range of commercial and industrial properties, as well as the occasional institutional property.
He and his family took some time off to live in Europe where he had the opportunity to learn German and explore Europe on one of his many (perhaps too many) bicycles, a highlight being able to ride a vintage bike he restored in the L’Eroica in Tuscany. When he is not on one of his bikes or inspecting properties, you can usually find him exploring Alberta’s Eastern Slopes with his family.
