Mark has been with HarrisonBowker since 2015. He began his appraisal career in 2014, and got his Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA, P. App.) designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 2025. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree obtained from the University of Alberta.
Mark’s main focus since 2014 has been residential properties, which include single and multi-family properties, condos, rural acreages, recreational properties and hobby farms. Many of his assignments are for legal purposes including foreclosures, matrimonial settlements, estate valuations and bankruptcy settlements. He also specializes in high-end homes and employee relocation appraisals.
When not working Mark enjoys anything outdoors including camping, fishing, biking, golfing, and hiking. Also, in free time enjoy watching Oiler games (most of the time).
