Expertise: Residential, acreage, vacant land and hobby farm appraisals

Darrell has been with HarrisonBowker for six years. He is currently a Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) candidate, and has completed all of the coursework required for his designation. He holds a bachelor of education degree, and spent his post-graduation years in Japan and Vancouver teaching English. After several years of teaching, he started to pursue his passion for real estate, eventually switching gears and joining the industry as an appraiser.

Darrell has experience in the residential, commercial and agricultural sectors. Currently, his main focus is residential, acreage, vacant land and hobby farm appraisals. Once he attains CRA credentials—and possibly his Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (AACI) designation—he’d like to pursue an area of specialization in the appraisal field. He was once a big traveller, but now spends his not-so-free time with his wife, raising their three young children.
