Jordan joined HarrisonBowker in 2005, and became a partner in 2011. Before he came to us, he was busy winning a national soccer title for the University of Alberta in 2003. He became an Accredited Appraiser (AACI) after completing his Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation in 2010. In addition, he completing the Reserve Fund Planning Program (FRPP) through the Sauder School of Business and the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 2018. He has now relocated to Calgary to grow HarrisonBowker and help serve new and existing clients all across Southern Alberta.
Today, he’s a member of the Alberta Expropriation Association and the Association of Condominium Managers of Alberta. His professional portfolio includes urban and rural commercial/industrial files, development lands, special use properties, farming operations, specialized consulting, expropriation and surface rights assignments, and has been accepted as an expert witness before the Surface Rights Board and the Assessment Review Board. He’s focused on growing our team’s knowledge and client base. Jordan also values experiencing other cultures, so tries to squeeze in an international trip now and then with his family.
