Alberta is one of the world’s top producing agricultural economies, with over 70,000 farmers and a diverse range of agricultural operations, from cattle to canola. Farm appraisals are an important focus at HarrisonBowker as well as an interest for many of our staff. In fact, developing and expanding our knowledge of agricultural market trends and property valuation methods is an ongoing commitment of our training program, where we focus on both working farms and hobby farms.

Working Farms
We have significant experience and expertise in the valuation of multi-parcel farming operations. From large cropping operations to cattle ranches in the foothills, our appraisers are well-versed in evaluating the productive capabilities of:
