Ethan became an Appraisal Institute of Canada Candidate Member in April of 2025 and joined HarrisonBowker in March of 2025. Prior to this, he completed his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, majoring in finance. Before starting at HarrisonBowker, Ethan gained valuable experience at a commercial real estate brokerage, where he specialized in industrial and investment real estate transaction management. His background in finance and real estate provides a strong foundation as he continues to develop his expertise in property valuation. At HarrisonBowker his main focus is commercial and industrial valuations.
Outside of work, Ethan is a passionate sports enthusiast, with a particular fondness for the Edmonton Oilers and Washington Commanders. He also enjoys playing hockey, running, and traveling to new countries in his spare time.
