Staying actively involved in on-the-ground appraisal work is a deliberate choice that informs his leadership and strengthens credibility across the organization. It also ensures that the firm’s strategic direction is rooted in real-world practice. His professional experience spans a broad range of urban and rural assignments across Canada, including commercial and agricultural valuations, as well as expropriation, surface rights, and related consulting.
A self-proclaimed visionary, Pat is deeply committed to strengthening the cumulative expertise of the HarrisonBowker team. He believes the firm’s greatest asset is its people and is passionate about mentorship, knowledge-sharing, and creating opportunities for professional growth at every level of the organization.
Outside of work, Pat enjoys raising three beautiful kids, coaching minor hockey, trying to play hockey himself, running, and traveling.
