Jaclyn Bourgeois Senio

Expertise: Reserve Fund Studies, SIUD’s, Residential Appraisals for the purposes of foreclosures, matrimonial settlements, estate valuations, employee relocations, fair market values.

Jaclyn began her appraisal career in 2003 quickly completing her CRA designation through the Sauder School of Business in 2004. She spent much of her career focused on litigation work that includes foreclosures, aiding in matrimonial disputes and consultation, assessment appeals, estates and has been approved by the Court of Queen’s bench as an expert witness. She also completes appraisal work on high-end properties, financing uses and relocation appraisals.

In addition, she is currently completing Reserve Fund Studies while finishing the Reserve Fund Planning Program (FRPP) designation through the Sauder School of Business and the Appraisal Institute of Canada.

When she’s not enjoying her 2 children’s multiple activities or sneaking in vacations to the mountains or sun you will find her on her yoga mat. She also completed her RYT certification after more than 2 decades of enjoying yoga as a student when she decided to become a teacher as well.
