Expertise: Residential, Country Residential and Agriculture
Jacob, who owned and operated Accord Appraisal Company in Camrose since 2012, joined Harrison Bowker in 2018. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a double major in History and Psychology from the University of Alberta he began his appraisal career as a residential appraiser in Edmonton in 2006. He became a designated Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) in 2011 and obtained a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from University of British Columbia in 2020. After successfully completing all the various requirements, Jacob obtained his Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (AACI) designation in 2022. Jacob continues to work out of the Camrose office and has significant experience appraising properties throughout east-central Alberta, including residential, country residential, agricultural, commercial, multi-family, and industrial.
When he is not busy working he loves spending time with his wife, 3 boys and his basset hound Lucy. Jacob enjoys camping, golfing, traveling, and as a self-proclaimed history nut is never too far away from a good book.
