Expertise: Specialized consulting and litigation support in all market sectors, including agricultural, commercial, and residential properties.
Pat joined our HarrisonBowker team when we opened our doors in 2004. He became an Accredited Appraiser in 2009 after completing his Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation. Most happily, in 2011, he became a partner. He’s a member of the Alberta Expropriation Association and Chapter 62 of the International Right of Way Association.
Pat works on a wide range of urban and rural assignments including ICI (industrial, commercial, investment), residential and agricultural property valuations, as well as expropriation and surface rights, and related consulting. A self-proclaimed visionary, his professional passion is to continually grow the cumulative expertise of the whole HarrisonBowker team. And he does this while helping raise three beautiful kids, coaching minor hockey, trying to play hockey himself, and spending time with friends.
