Louis has been a residential appraiser since 1992, and joined HarrisonBowker as a senior appraiser in 2014. He’s held his Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) designation since 1998, and is focussed on maintaining and growing both his reputation and the reputation of real estate appraiser profession.
Louis’ main focus is residential real estate appraisals, which include country residential acreages and lake properties, and his most notable assignments has included expropriations, and timber and agricultural operations. He’s also been retained as an expert appraisal witness on a number of occasions. Louis, along with his wife, would like to continue to see more of the world while volunteering for humanitarian aid with Maranatha Volunteers International, one of their favourite charities.
